Our yoga teachers

Saskia Griffiths, originally from Andorra, has been teaching yoga for the last few years in Mallorca to a wide range of students. Recently returned from San Francisco where she practiced with some of the shape shifters of the modern yoga world and is currently spending time in India absorbing more traditional aspects of yoga.

She is a traveller at heart and has combined her passions of people, nature and yoga to teach retreats in some of the most amazing places worldwide.

Her classes are a blend of what she has learned from various styles, schools and inspiring teachers with emphasis on correct posture alignment, flowing with the breath and the ultimate goal of expanding awareness. Through the mind and body connection, her hope is to pass on through Yoga a sense of connection, peace and fullness.

Unfortunately, we could not find a date this year for Saskia to teach on a destination yoga holiday, but very much hope to again in the not too distant future.
