Retreat with Joanne: There will be a twice daily practice with one morning or afternoon off during the week. Joanne teaches mindful, breath-led movement, inspired by many great teachers along the way. Over the course of twelve years, her yoga practise has grown towards a keen interest in the energetic effects of postures and breath work, the grace and flow of Vinyasa sequencing and the contemplative practice of meditation. She has a passion for teaching yoga to all levels from beginner to advanced, and credits her students for teaching her as much as she has them
