Jennifer discovered yoga in 2004 on the banks of the Mekong Delta in Saigon, Vietnam while working in the hectic world of advertising. On the mat she found both movement and stillness and learned to create balance in her busy life. She has explored many styles of yoga, and integrates the diverse teachings she has received in her classes. She believes that yoga has the power to change lives one breath at a time allowing us to find more ease, stability, presence and peace in our everyday lives.
With her combined love of the heat and yoga, Jennifer brought hot yoga to triyoga in 2012, and currently manages the triyoga hot programme. She teaches a strong and dynamic alignment based class, encouraging everyone to have fun, laugh and accept exactly where they are at that moment.
