If you’re travelling solo and interested in joining a yoga retreat, then all of the holidays offered by destination yoga or its sister company in:spa retreats should be perfect for you, whatever your age and level of experience.

Generally speaking, around 70% of our retreat guests are travelling solo and the small group size (around 10 to 18 guests) makes it easy for everyone to get to know each other in a relaxed, informal way – particularly as meals are served communally.

Destination yoga hosts retreats at several peaceful, sunny and gorgeous locations. There are retreats in Puglia, Tuscany and the Algarve.

The in:spa retreats take place in Marrakech, Tuscany and Southern France and include massage, beautiful walks, nutrition advice and optional fitness alongside twice daily yoga and the option of private yoga classes.

As all the holiday venues are set in glorious countryside, guests can enjoy lovely walks between classes or simply relax beside the pool. All venues also offer a selection of spa treatments.

All of the  yoga teachers are very experienced and highly regarded. They tend to teach a blend of styles so that everyone can enjoy their holiday and derive maximum benefits.

If you decide to join one of our yoga holidays, you will discover that around one third of your fellow guests will have been on a retreat with us before and that many come every year.
