Join destination yoga at our charming coastal farmhouse on the wild west coast of Portugal, nestled on a hill top up a private road, in a peaceful and beautiful Nature Reserve overlooking the ocean and the rolling hills.  A million miles from the high rise monstrosities that blight other parts of the Portugese coast, but in striking distance of some pretty little white-washed coastal fishing villages.

The destination has a wonderful circulat yoga space with floor to ceiling windows and delightful views across the hills and is particularly wonderful as the sunset floods the room with warm light.  There will be twice daily yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the evening, with plenty of time during te day to explore the local countryside on foot or bike, or head down to the incredible local beaches and watch (or join in with) the surfers catching the magnificent waves that thunder on to the beaches.

The bedrooms are all light, colourful, crisp and spacious.  They are all en suite and all have their own outside terrace with a day bed and hammock - perfect for relaxing with a good book and enjoying both the warm sunshine and the gorgeous views.  Or, for the ultimate indulgence, treat yourself to a blissful massage.

There is a lovely outdoor shaded terrace for meals and plenty of indoor space too.  Meals are all freshly prepared by our destination yoga chefs to ensure that your yoga week is complimented by delicious food too.
