Healthy recipes

Since 2003, our chefs have been preparing delicious healthy cuisine for guests on our holidays and we thought you would appreciate it if we shared some of these with you.  Our recipes, created with the help of some of London's leading nutritionists, avoid using wheat, dairy, salt, sugar, red meat and alcohol - so they're really good for you too!

Over the coming weeks and months we'll be adding more and more new recipes, so feel free to check back regularly.   Every week for the foreseeable future, we'll be adding one or two new recipes, including fabulous salad recipes, fish and chicken dishes, healthy desserts and some great breakfast ideas.
