Yoga teacher Joanne King

Joanne teaches mindful, breath-led movement, inspired by many great teachers along the way. Over the course of twelve years, her yoga practice has grown towards a keen interest in the energetic effects of postures and breath work, the grace and flow of Vinyasa sequencing and the contemplative practises of meditation. She has a passion for teaching yoga to all levels from beginner to advanced, and credits her students for teaching her as much as she has them!
