Aoife began practicing yoga over ten years ago to help alleviate an illness and was amazed at the feelings of well-being and peace experienced after just one class.
Committed to inspiring people to live their best life through the practice of yoga, Aoife is passionate about making a positive contribution to her community and her love for yoga is her key to connecting to her spirit and shining light into our world.
She has trained in various styles, most recently with Ana Forrest in the Forrest Yoga Tradition, and her teaching is also influenced by Baron Baptiste – Power Vinyasa Yoga and Shiva Rea – Prana Flow Yoga.
Her classes are powerful, fun and always end with a sweet smile. Be prepared to sweat!
