Yoga retreat Morocco: Paradis Plage

Boasting one of our all-time favourite yoga studios, which includes a beach front location, an enormous sandy beach that runs for a mile in either direction and fully retractable glass doors, Paradis Plage hosts relaxing, charming and incredibly welcoming yoga retreats on the beautiful Moroccan coast. The yoga studio is the perfect space to enjoy twice daily yoga classes that energize in the morning and relax in the evening. The studio is also opened to the elements, allowing the smells and sounds of the Atlantic to flood the room and the senses of those within. Paradis Plage also has plenty to do between classes, so you’ll never be short on activities during your yoga holiday. You’ll have one evening off so that any one who wishes can spend the day out exploring Agadir. During the day, the local surf shop provides everything you need to get into the waves including some excellent instructors. While at night, you have the choice between sitting by the beach fire listening to the sounds of the waves and gazing at the stars or relaxing and watching a movie in the outdoor beachside cinema. It’s important to note that there will be other guests at Paradis Plage who will also be on holiday and enjoying the facilities but, of course, all of the yoga classes with our teachers will only be attended by those in our private group.

Yoga at Paradis Plage

This beach side yoga studio is a calm oasis with endless ocean views perfect for those seeking calm. During the session large glass doors can be opened to hear the sound of lapping waves and the gentle rustle of planted grasses flowing in the warm breeze. This is the perfect space for guests to enjoy a challenging session before pausing for reflection and relaxation.
All equipment is provided so there is no need to bring your own. Visit our yoga teacher page to see more information about yoga on specific weeks.

Seaside accommodation

Relaxing, charming, friendly and attentive are just some of the words used to describe this beach hotel. The resort itself is shaped around the large heated swimming pool and outdoor areas overlooking the beach and sea.

Each generously sized bedroom suite comes with a kitchenette and seating area, with almost all of them coming with terraces and views across the ocean. It’s smart and stylish and, in keeping with the atmosphere on this yoga destination, the rooms remain down-to-earth and very relaxed.

The resort also comes with it’s own spa; a small oasis to escape the world and rejuvenate. The spa has two hammams (steam rooms) and three treatment rooms. It’s the perfect Eden to retire to for some pampering after a busy day on the beach!

Moroccan and international cuisine

Paradis Plage has a choice of restaurants – and poolside al fresco dining with wonderful sea views – offering both local and international menus. Fishermen bring the daily catch up the beach about 100 yards from the hotel, so the fish is always super-fresh and delicious.
