Step one: availability enquiry

Step two: reservation and payment

Assuming there is availability, we would require a £350 deposit to confirm your reservation, followed by the remaining payment 10 weeks prior to departure. We accept all major credit and debit cards.   We will also let you know the flights we are recommending for your specific holiday and provide you with flight costs. We will then purchase your flights for you and guarantee to do so at the best possible rate that we can find at that time. We further guarantee that we will not be making any commission on our flight bookings for you. The flight costs will be added to the cost of your deposit if your booking is made more than 10 weeks prior to departure.

Step three: confirmation and yoga profile form

Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a holiday information pack, which will include useful contact information about the venue and a list of essentials to pack. We will also ask you to complete an important yoga profile form as soon as possible before your trip. This will help enable us to create the ideal programme for you and all our other guests.

 

Financial Protection

ATOL

destination yoga is owned and operated by The Healthy Holiday Company Ltd.  In order for your holiday to be protected, all bookings made through us must include flights booked by us. These packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. The Healthy Holiday Company's ATOL number is 6412. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK. Financial protection:  whatever yoga holiday you decide to book, we strongly recommend that you make sure that you are financially protected in case of failure of the company you book through.  Always ask.  Not everyone out there is like destination yoga!  Your package with destination yoga is ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority giving you peace of mind and appropriate security.

Please note: we are aware that not all yoga holiday companies offer proper financial protection to their guests.  So, even if you don't book your holiday with us (and, we are properly insured and you are therefore properly covered) make sure you're protected.
